Seafood

Eating seafood more than 200 miles from the coast is always a little dubious but here are some good places that you can trust for great fish

Ward Street Fish Market – flown in daily, this is more of a fish market than a restaurant but they have great clam chowder and catch of the day specials.

All Season's – best halibut and salmon dishes in the Kootenays

Main Street Diner – not sure what category best reflects this Nelson icon as they have the best fish and chips in town combined with a mix of Greek food as well. Also check their Soup & Sandwich specials.
